This workshop was an opportunity for BZU’s faculty members to learn how to utilize NLP approach to enhance their Personal Growth through increased knowledge about the power of NLP and using it to overcome limits they have set upon themselves, gain insights into how people think and act, and ultimately develop more persuasive ways of communicating with others.

Participants were engaged in various activities during the training; from role-plays to hands-on activities. Participants received tools and techniques to improve their teaching and to engage with their students more effectively.
